Our regional locations will all follow the same training plan and curriculum. Girls who choose to participate in the initial portion of camp will train in Jacksonville. They will be housed at The Bolles School where they will not only stay but be fed and have full access to the entire campus of amenities. They will work with a registered dietitian on how to fuel themselves the best for their training and moving into racing. Rowers will train out of the beautiful Bolles School boathouse and have access to the Episcopal School boathouse also. The combination provides them with miles of accessible water where you will row with dolphins, manatees and much more before moving to Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota, FL on July 4th to row and race at this world class rowing venue.
