Our regional locations will all follow the same training plan and curriculum. Boys who choose to participate in the initial portion of camp will train in Sarasota. They will be housed at the Home2 Suites in Nokomis, FL where they will have housed with long-term use set up in suites, kitchens and comfortable rooms. Food will be provided for all meals and a registered dietitian will work with all on how to fuel themselves the best for their training and moving into racing. Rowers will train at both of the Sarasota Crew boathouses with miles of accessible water on the Intracoastal waterway where you will row with dolphins, manatees and much more and you will have time to train at Nathan Benderson Park before moving up to this world class rowing venue on July 4th full-time.
